We have been notified by SMNW area that entries for Winter Championships can now be done through Swim Central. Login with your email/password AND be sure to unlock the 'lock' using your 4 digit pin (lock is at top right hand corner of screen).

Access to entries is via the 'Events' link on Swim Central. Go to the date of the Championships (June 8th) to select Championships (the 4th listed event - not the relay link, the selected link should show 'AKAC' in the list of eligible clubs). Then go to "Nominations" and click on the "Nominate to Swim" button (note, you must select the swimmers membership to get the correct events listed). See ** below if the "Nominate to Swim" button does not work for you.

There are problems with entering. We have been warned that there are issues with whether entry times show up or are even right when they do show up. For some swimmers, Swim Central is reporting that the swimmer does not have any eligible qualifying times on record which are relevant to the race you are trying to enter. If this happens to you, can you please let us know so we can notify area. Send us an email at aksc.thesecretary@gmail.com.

** Nominate to Swim button not working ?** Another known issue is when there are no qualifying times showing when you are trying to enter a second swimmer from your family. The solution is to go to your "memberships" page and then make your next child the "primary membership". This should fix the problem.
